From enquiry to release

Understand the distinction between review and an agreed release.

Introduce the work

Share a private listening link and relevant context through the website. Keep your masters, identity documents and financial details out of the enquiry. Retain the enquiry reference for corrections or follow-up.

Review first

An enquiry is reviewed before any release commitment is made. Acceptance, responsibilities and scope must be confirmed separately.

Agreement before delivery

Rights and commercial terms must be agreed before distribution. There is no automatic delivery from this website to a streaming platform.

Confirm the people and responsibilities

After acceptance, identify the artist, contributors, project owner, approval contacts and agreed communication route. Confirm the service schedule, artist inputs, timetable, costs and rights before requesting delivery. Account creation alone is not onboarding or artist acceptance.

Prepare and check

Artwork, audio, credits and metadata need to be reviewed together. Delivery specifications depend on the agreed distribution arrangement and must be confirmed for each project.

Approve delivery

The artist approves final assets and the release record before delivery through the agreed distributor. Record delivery confirmations, identifiers and any exceptions. Delivery is not automatic from this website or Studio, and a proposed release date is not proof that stores have accepted it.

Publish approved catalogue material

Use only approved artist names, imagery, credits and listening links. A public label profile is distinct from a private Studio profile. Record permission for any quote or case study separately; participation does not imply permission to publish private communications.

Report what is actually received

Reconcile available statements to recordings, periods, currencies and the signed financial terms. Distinguish streaming activity from reported earnings, and reported earnings from payments. Studio financial services are not active; use the agreed process and do not infer a payable balance from an interface.

Review the delivery

Compare completed work with the service schedule, actual time and approved costs. Discuss corrections and the next step with the artist. Consent is required before turning feedback into public proof. Offboarding follows the agreement, including final reporting and coordinated migration.
